	May 21, 2006:  CG Henry V. Jardine at the Vaccine Institute, Kolkata, West Bengal launching the Pulse Polio Immunization Campaign.  The Pulse Polio Campaign to eradicate polio from South Asia involves the participation of a number of international agencies like WHO, UNICEF, CDC and national and local governments.
