Notarial Services

Notarial services are available to all U.S. passport holders and to foreign nationals with documents destined for use in the United States. Notarial services are executed by Consular Officers and may include documents to be signed before them, statements made under oath, affidavits and acknowledgments.

To have a document notarized, you must come in person to the ACS office with the following documents :

1. A valid passport or piece of identity.
2. The document to be notarized.
3. US$ 30 (Rs. 1,380) in cash, per signature and additional copies of the same notarial will be $20(Rs.920).
4. If your document must also be witnessed, please bring your witness with you.
