ESTATES : The ACS unit of Consulate takes the responsibility for safeguarding the personal estates of U.S. Citizens who die abroad if the deceased has no legal representative in the consular district of Kolkata.

PROPERTY CLAIMS : The ACS unit of Consulate assists claimants in giving general information and providing a list of local attorneys in the consular district of Kolkata.
